You can disable this annoying keys in simple way:
Windows 7:
Go to CP (Control Panel).Find smth called like "Power Suply Options". Find line "Choice action for power buttons". In option for "After hit the power button" mark "do nothing" and same goes for sleep button options. Remember to save the changes.
Windows XP:
Right click on the desktop and left click Properties. Select Screen Saver and click the Power Settings button. Under "Advanced" you can select what the Power Button will do when pushed.
